3. Scheduling and Appointments

When scheduling services with Alpha Septic Services:

• We require at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice.
• We strive to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, but external factors such as weather or previous service complications may cause delays.
• Someone over 18 years of age must be present for service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Property Access and Preparation

Prior to scheduled service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to septic tanks, grease traps, or other systems requiring service.
• Removing any obstructions, locked gates, or barriers that might prevent our team from accessing service areas.
• Clearly marking the location of underground systems if they are not readily visible.
• Restraining pets that might interfere with service operations.

Additional fees may apply if our team arrives and cannot perform the scheduled service due to access issues.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

• Base service fees as quoted plus any applicable taxes.
• Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours calls, or unexpected complications.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

7. Limitation of Liability

• System failures or backups occurring after service completion.
• Damage to landscaping, driveways, or property that may occur during normal service operations.
• Delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain your system properly between our service visits, we recommend:

• Following our technician's recommendations for system care and maintenance.
• Being mindful of what goes down drains and toilets.
• Maintaining records of system pumping and service.
• Contacting us immediately if problems arise between scheduled services.

9. Changes to Terms

Alpha Septic Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
